A Message from Kevin Valentine:
What an amazing year we have had! We have a lot to celebrate this year with the most important being life change. There have been so many stories of first-time salvations, marriages being turned around by the power of God, families coming to church together for the first time, those who have been turned off by church finding a home at Crossline, people finding freedom and healing from lifelong struggles, displaced followers of Jesus finding a home, and many baptism celebrations!
On top of that, last fall, we followed God’s lead and changed the name of our church to Crossline Community Church and had so many of you step up to willingly serve on Sunday mornings with hearts that are full of joy. We are regularly seeing new families on Sundays and they are becoming part of the Crossline family.
We also had two community events at our property in Horizon West. Not only have they been a ton of fun but we had so many people from the community show up to our Easter Egg Hunt in April that we ran out of parking and were parking cars out on the street! This was the beginning of many events we will host at the Park in an effort to meet our new neighbors in HW and reach them with the gospel of Christ. God is truly bringing His vision to life.
We are in year two of our Gamechanger generosity campaign, and your faithfulness to the mission of reaching people far from God through a sports-focused church property is both awe-inspiring and humbling to me and our team. We were able to secure the adjacent 5 acres, including a farmhouse and a barn, and have moved our offices from the strip mall on HWY 50 to what we are now calling Crossline Farm.
Along with allowing us the opportunity to purchase the land to build on, your sacrificial giving has made a significant impact on our community. We have been able to come alongside through serving and giving to our 5 local outreach partners, helping people and families in need, we have aided in rescuing young girls from sex trafficking in Nepal, and we also sent our first-ever missions team to our new Global Partner Amigos For Christ and plan to send more this next year.
We are in awe of God and His provision as we journey from a portable to a permanent home. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for following us as we follow Christ. We couldn’t do any of this without your faithful financial partnership.
